Last weekend our attendance was the following: 5 PM Vigil 10 parishioners, the 8 AM Mass 15 parishioners and 2 parishioners at the 11 Am Mass. In light of this, starting this weekend, May 31 we will have only one Mass on Sunday at 9 AM. We will continue having the 5 PM Vigil Mass.

If you are not able to attend church, I encourage you to watch Sunday Mass on the Diocesan Television Station at 10:30 AM or on some other social media outlet. It’s important that we join with the Church throughout the world in asking God’s grace and protection during these difficult times.

Thank you for sending in your church contributions by mail, dropping them off at the rectory or by online giving through our website stfrancisbr.org. Three of our elderly Josephite priests have died from the virus: Fr. Dermot Brady, Fr. Francis Hull and Fr. Joseph McKinley. They all lived at our seminary in Washington DC. We pray for all the sick and for all who have died. May they Rest in Peace. Amen.

May the Lord bless us and keep us. May the Lord let his face shine upon us and be gracious to us. May the Lord look upon us with kindness and grant us his gift of peace. Amen.
